We reserved a car at the Milwaukie OR Hertz because my husband's work vehicle was in the shop. 30 minutes before we were suppose to pick up the car Hertz called and said they actually didn't have a car for us after all. We had no time to get a car and had to scramble to get my husband to work. The guy didn't even apologize. The whole experience was very frustrating.

They're having a serious customer service and safety problem. Woman who rented and received the car very obnoxious, snide and rude......but maybe you'll like her.
The car had bad windshield wipers, which are very necessary in Oregon. When I can't see well on the highway at night, it puts my safety at risk.
The car was also a nice filthy white when I picked it up.  GREAT JOB!

Cheerful service, no wait, clean vehicle in perfect condition, and excellent price! We drove the vehicle for 2 weeks from WA to FL with no mechanical issues. Great experience with this rental location.
