My work vehicle needed to be repaired and Max at this Enterprise location picked me up from the Auto Body shop nearby. He was extremely professional, attentive, and thorough. He matched me up with a suitable rental that met my needs and really went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% comfortable with my rental car as well as the return process due to a unique circumstance. Highly recommend this Enterprise location, thanks Max!

This location has great customer service, as well as a very good selection of vehicles. They treated me excellently, and were very accommodating when I needed the vehicle longer than expected. 

I worked with Dalton the whole time... so there wasn't any confusion, or need to explain my situation and needs repeatedly. 

I would highly recommend renting from Enterprise. Especially at this location. Dalton will definitely do his best.

Great customer service, the staff was very helpful with all my questions. Very good prices on rentals. The car was incredible and had no problems at all. I was very happy with the whole experience, will definitely use enterprise the next time I need a rental. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a car rental.

This location is excellent!!! I was in a hurry and Daulton provided superior customer service by getting me into a great car. He was fast and efficient. The rest of the staff that day was also wonderful. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thanks enterprise.

To an Enterprise employee who shall remain nameless:

When a customer makes a reservation for a certain vehicle, they should expect to pay the rate they were quoted for the vehicle they reserved, in my case it was for an intermediate sized vehicle at $18.99/day. It seemed that you didn't have one of those on the lot - in fact you offered me a Suburban (!!!!). Were you going to try and charge me at the rate that a Suburban goes for in spite of the fact that I reserved an intermediate? If I wanted a Suburban I would have reserved a Suburban. 

I have rented from Enterprise quite a bit as your records will probably show, and this is the first time that anyone has deployed this tactic on me. I am not real happy with how it was handled. In fact, on Wednesday night when I picked up the vehicle, I stated quite clearly that my reservation was for $32 and change, because I reserved it for 1 day and 2 additional hours. As I searched for the email confirming such, you told me "oh don't worry, I am getting you a better rate anyway". Then today you attempted to charge me $51 for two full days. What the ____? I am inclined to bring this to your manager's attention, but you seem like a nice young guy trying to do well for his company (even if it means screwing your customer in the process). 

Don't try this maneuver again. Enterprise will lose me as a customer - I promise.
