Excellent experience. I even changed my mind at the last second and wanted a different color car  after already doing all the paperwork for the first car, and they were totally cool about that. Love their patience and can-do attitude. PLUS NO AIRPORT SALES TAX to pay when renting at this Clackamas location. You guys are awesome. Thanks!

Always Friendly Service!! Best Rates, Excellent Customer Service, Everything Ready so you're in and out and on your way. . I'll always go back & only use Enterprise in Clackamas ((if open&available; otherwise another Enterprise near))

They came and picked me up quickly. They also did a free upgrade. The car I first got had something wrong with it so they replaced it with a better one. Nicest people work there and best service around. Only place I rent from, good prices.

I cannot say enough good things about the Clackamas Enterprise branch. They were so accommodating and made what could have been a fairly complicated situation go very smoothly. We had a rental from a different location, and as a result of a change in our business schedule we needed to exchange cars. Jason and Alex at the Clackamas branch took care of everything, and we were able to have exactly the type of vehicle we asked for at an incredible price. They were fast and effective, while being very attentive to every detail. I will definitely being going back when I am in the Portland area again.

After renting a vehicle in Seattle and returning to Clackamas, I was overcharged right around $350.00. When I realized the mistake, I reached out 5 times before $295 was refunded. I have now called 7 times total and I still don't have all my money. The latest conversation, I was told by the "manager" in Clackamas that he can't even see my bill because it originated out of state. I don't know what kind of show Enterprise is running, but I will not only never rent from them again, I will go out of my way to bad mouth them and their customer service to anybody who will listen. You shouldn't have to beg for a refund after multiple people have admitted a mistake.
