I have nothing but the best to say about Enterprise in Rolla. I arrived late for my rental, so when I called ahead to verify I would still have a vehicle Mackenzie answered and politely assured me that I would have a vehicle for my trip. Then when I arrived I was met by Mrs. Yvonne. She was both curious and professional. The entire process was seamless, quick and reliable which makes me a loyal Enterprise customer. I look forward to renting from this location for all of my vehicular needs.

Nice staff. The reason for the One Star. 
50 minutes to get rental vehicle even with a reservation of more than 2 weeks.
Did not have the vehicle I reserved and couldn’t tell me why they didn’t have the vehicle I had called them twice on to verify availability. 
Inside of Office was dirty and run down and the rental I got stuck with wasn’t much better with spills on the doors and seats, dog hair in the cargo area, trash in the console, and dried boogers on the ceiling. 
Super nice of them to pick me up at the collision shop however the inside of the vehicle smelled so bad of cigarette smoke it made me nauseous.

Through an unfortunate mishap I had to rent car and Mrs. Yvonne made a stressful situation painless. Her warm welcoming, patiences and understanding of my frustration was very refreshing. With quick, easy and great service she showed a true concern to ensure I was taking care. This by far has been my best experience with enterprise and would recommend the Rolla, MO location to anyone. Wonderful customer service and great employees.

The service was very fast once we showed up to sign the paperwork.  The workers were very friendly and made sure we were all set with everything we needed.  The vehicle we were given was clean and drove very well.  Returning the vehicle was easy--just park it and drop the keys in the return box.

stars ..i had no problems..my first time renting a car was great experience.. gal by name Of Mel was really nice and helpful..BOTH gals were... I'd definitely recommend this Enterprise Rent a car place!! Thanks Mel!!
