I've rented two cars, one for most of August and the other for most of Sept. 2017 from the same location. The vehicles have been in good condition, staff service has been good, and price is reasonable. Matter of fact, this last time I noticed an increase in the daily rate, and the staff gave me an upgrade, which I appreciate. I will continue to use Enterprise, but also will try with my first choice of National Car Rental that I used for years. However, a couple challenges are the restricted hours the local office is open, but also one of the weird things is the billing process.  For both of the separate months I was to be billed, the company automatically places a hold (pre-billing my bank account) for the total amount but with an additional charge of around $200.  I remember the first time I rented the car and the staff told me there would be a $200.00 deposit, which would be deducted from the final bill when I turned the car in.  For both of these the $200 was added on to the total amount, which was then placed on bank account for about eight days then removed by the company.  When I turned in the cars at the end of the rental period, the bills were accurate without the extra fee. Just a weird policy when you rent a car for a month; maybe, this would be appropriate for renting a day or two?  Yet, cars/service/daily pricing was overall good.

The Enterprise Rental Car in Chesterfield Missouri great service follow up on every question that is ever asked. Cars are clean and services prompt. I would recommend these folks very highly.

After calling the Columbia airport location 5 times. Still no one has answered the phone. I checked the hours and they should be open today. The mailbox to leave a message is full so that's pointless. This location is the worse I've had to deal with.

Advance Reserved Vehicle - arrived at airport - no one was at counter and no one with customer service could help. After 3 hours of beung told office was going to "open" -  Luckily Uber and the Enterprise in Jefferson City came to the rescue.
