Every time I rent here whether for business or personal is a great experience. The staff is friendly, easy to work with and they do a great job of accommodating any special requests I have. The only thing I don't like is the physical location of the office.

We always receive excellent service! All staff greets us with a smile and they always make sure that we're satisfied with the vehicle.

Terrible service. Front desk staff were rude, accusatory, patronizing and condescending. At one point another staff member came over to tell me how "busy" they are and that is the reason for their policies. Went in to get the same rental as previous year to go to our annual  Chiefs game, they told me that they had been "audited" and I would never get the one day rental on a Sunday again.  Price went up from $119 in 2015 to $256 in 2016 (for the same rental).  Went across the street to Omar at Avis/ Budget and got it no problem. He was great. Enterprise front desk staff are the worst. Do not go there if possible. I will  never go there again.

I rented a car and returned it late at night. Called first thing in the morning, we had left a lottery ticket and $10 bill in the sun visor. Got put in hold.....rep says he found nothing and the car had already been cleaned. Says he couldn't find the guys in shop to ask them. Terrible customer service and dishonest.
