I'm fairly new to the car rental game but I also research almost everything before I agree to anything. Based on reviews I almost didn't rent from this place while my vehicle was going in for repairs but needed something to drive. The guy which I wish I could remember his name was extremely polite and greeted us when we walked in the door. The vehicle was clean and in very good shape. Shop needed the car for an extra day to make sure all repairs were done correctly and they accommodated me with no issues. If I have to ever rent a car again I will most definitely rent from them again. Best company I've dealt with.

I didn't even proceed past the review section of the website. I immediately became concerned when 2 out of 3 reviews were negative, almost scathing. But what convinced me that something wasn't right about this place was when I read 2 positive reviews from 2 completely different people which read WORD FOR WORD EXACTLY THE SAME. These were clearly fabricated and that speaks volumes. 
Enterprise, here I come.

I'm guessing maybe management or something has changed since some of these reviews. Our service was phenomenal.  worked quickly, was personable and even accommodated us when we wanted to upgrade our car last minute. The car was clean, filled with gas (of course) and we go to our destination with no problems! I appreciated the time  took with us rather than rushing us out of the office (since we were there right before closing). Very very good customers service and I definitely plan on renting through this location again!

I have had one of the worst experiences ever here. I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I was told some misinformation over the phone and once I confronted the branch manager, Keyton Schweighauser about it, he refused to admit he did any wrong doing. After listening to the recorded audio from my work desk, he did indeed misinform me. I have contacted Donlen Corporation as well as a customer service manager in Oklahoma City, OK about my experience and what they can do about it in the future to prevent this from happening again. This was not okay and I am going to make sure it doesn't happen again.
