Good morning I had the most positive experience with Omar this past weekend. Omar help me thru an emergency so I can get my mother to Chicago.She lost her sister an I had to drive her. I did not want to drive my car knowing the weather condition there. I had not made reservations and Omar jump right in and help me. I want to say thank you Omar Boone for smoothing out the situation during out hour of need. God Bless you!!! and Happy Holidays!!! Because of you I will always rent from Avis.

I was a first time renter with Avis this month and am seriously impressed with the corporate and local elements. Corporate- THANK-YOU for not charging a fee to return to a different location. LOCALLY- Omar rocked!  He was friendly , had a sense of humor and was prompt in delivery/paperwork. I will rent her EVERY TIME going forward. THANK-YOU for exceptional service. I appreciate this rental car company's great service and value.

Omar is a great customer service representative for Avis in Jefferson City.  I have rented cars from his location many times and the customer service cannot be beat.  He pays attention to details and the cars are always clean and ready to go.  If you forget to pick up your car, Omar will give you a courtesy call to remind you.  It's a pleasure to rent cars from Omar and Avis in Jefferson City.  Highly recommended from someone who rents cars constantly for business.

My rental was ready with no hassles and no extras. I was even able to purchase insurance to cover the car when booking online. Omar was VERY attentive to my needs and addressed everything I needed. I started to go to Enterprise but ended up at Avis/Budget. I'm glad I did.

Over the last two years, Omar has been kind, personable, and accommodating. He greets us with a smile everytime we visit. In fact, we totally stopped renting from anywhere else because of him. He always finds us a car. All his cars are clean and in good shape.
