The staff are always helpful.  I give only four stars because I was delayed in court and called to let them know I would not have the car back at the scheduled time.  The guy who answered the phone said, "fine, don't worry about it."  Then, when the scheduled return time came, another staff member called my wife and demanded to know where the car was.  I guess they don't talk to one another.  The Ford Focus ran flawlessly (a low tire pressure light was on throughout the trip, but the guy who checked the car out said "don't worry about that--it's nothing") but this is a tiny vehicle for someone who's six-four.  Won't make that mistake again.

Good service. I appreciate the fact that they call me a day or so after I have rented the car to check that everything is alright. Small problem with most recent rental: "maintenance required" light was on. I was assured that they had simply forgotten to re-set it after an oil change. Later noticed that tire pressure light was on. I was out of town but my b-in-law checked pressures. Could not get one tire to register and one tire was quite low. Went to tire shop and they fixed. I received credit for this and was compensated for my inconvenience. I tried to urge on the office that their people need to check all dash lights before letting a car out. I think they got the message. But, as I say, otherwise good service and cordial personnel.

Good local manager. They seem to have trouble searching on the system to find me and/or seeing the relevant information on my account once they do find me. otherwise very good service.

I typically use Enterprise when I can. They have minimal BS and are very interested to make sure you have a good experience. Price is usually competitive. The folks at N. Providence Enterprise in Columbia, MO have been great through the years.
