I've worked in a customer service position at a call center so by no means do I ever complain about service. This is the first time I've ever left a review good or bad. However, The Farmington Missouri location is very unprofessional and uneducated about the business they are running. The employee was very unclear about terms and conditions. Gave us zero paper work besides the receipt.And when we tried to extend the time with the car, he said that they would be keeping the first deposit which would be non refundable and we would have to pay an additional 200 deposit. This did not sound correct so I called the corporate number. The representative was very clear and professional and explained that we should have had more paper work than the receipt and explained that the first deposit should have stayed on file to cover the extension. I wouldn't recommend using this service.

We could not have made a  better choice!  The auto we rented ran smoothly for almost 4,000 miles.  It was comfortable, roomy, and full of new tech items.  Gas mileage was superb.  Service from Enterprise folks from beginning to end was outstanding.  I'll recommend Enterprise to anyone that asks.  It is the company of choice.

I rented a vehicle for the weekend while my personal vehicle was being repaired. They were very helpful and polite while assisting me in store and over the phone. After I had the car for a couple of hours they did call as well to check and see if everything was going well and if there was anything I needed. I also rented it on their weekend promo rates and so I got an amazing rate for the whole weekend. The car was clean and in great working order when I received it. I was unable to unbuckle my child's car seat from the rental when i returned it and the gentleman assisted me with that as well. I had no issues or concerns with my rental or any encounter.
