It was a good experience. No problems at all . Nice clean car. Soft drive.. I would definitely keep renting from Enterprise.

This was the worst car rental that I've ever rented from Enterprise. The first car o was given the back seats were covered with animal hair and had some kind of feces or urine stains. The lady said they would clean but had only vacuum the hair. So I refused that car, then they gave me another car and that car was dirty inside too. Stains were on the front passenger seat and back seat
 There were 2 empty cups under neath the driver seat. It was not detailed at all. The tires were bad on back and made noise when driving.... Bad experience....

Attention MILITARY PERSONNEL:  Use any other rental car company please!!!  I have been left stranded by this company. I called the Main Enterprise number and spoke with a very kind rep who made my reservation to pick up a car at Kansas City International Airport and drop it off in Sedalia, Mo with a follow on reservation to pick up the car again in 14 days to resume my travels to Springfield, Mo, leaving the car at the airport before returning home. I had NO PROBLEM getting the car from the airport to Sedalia. When I returned to get the car I was informed that the VERY SAME debit/ Master Card could not be used as I have an out of state license! Imagine that!: A Service Member with an out of state license--Reservation confirmation was emailed to me as it always has been in ANY state in which I have needed to rent a car. I called the Main office and complained to a rep and her supervisor. The supervisor looked up my reservation and said that she would elevate the concern to the superior of the rep who initially set up my reservation (when I actually got the car!) to have her re-educated  that she should have informed me of the policy that they don't rent cars to people with USAA debit/ Master Cards! And oop sorry- can't help you. I spoke to this company on 3 separate occasions to make the reservations. Not once did they inform me that I would end up stranded or that I could not use the SAME Master CARD that I have ALWAYS used! I offered CASH--Nope sorry. Can't take cash.  Please use ANY OTHER company and stand by me. They clearly have no regard for military members who serve this country!!
UPDATE:  Spoke with  Scott at USAA advised they have agreement with Enterprise to use members to use debit cards. He got corporate on the line, I was advised by Teresa at Corporate/Enterprise that the problem is actually that I am not flying out of the SAME AIRPORT! Other than that--they will do nothing for me.  Sorry.   So there you have it.
