I had an online reservation for the Christmas holiday and when I arrived (a half hour early) I found that they had no cars. None at all. I wasn't the only one screwed by this company - other people were calling to find the same problem. You try explaining to your daughter why we won't be going to grandma's house for Christmas. I will never ever rent from Enterprise again.

They gave away my car on the Saturday before the holiday. They told me to come back in an hour and they'd have a car for me. They didn't. So we continued to call in. At one point they said a Camero was about to be returned, but that I'd have to pay more...a lot more. They didn't do anything to help and they didn't even say "No. I don't think we'll be able to help." They just made me feel like my business didn't mean a lot to them. So I went online and booked a car with the branch in South Everett for the NEXT DAY...I paid a lot more money for one less day with the rental & the previous inconvenience...but that branch had excellent customer service. My parents live blocks from the Northgate/Aurora branch, but I don't think I have enough faith to attempt to work with them again. It's just disappointing because Enterprise is known for their customer service and that's why I always try to rent from them...it just didn't work this time around.

They have been very understanding and extremely helpful. Their prices are very reasonable. They have a wide selection of vehicles.

Staff was friendly and super fast. It took about 8 minutes to get my ride when I showed up, which I felt was fast. When I returned it it only took two minutes. I even forgot to fill the gas tank, but the guy said it was close enough and charged me a buck. Prices here were way better than the airport location.

I would have preferred picking up the car at SEATAC but the price is almost twice what it was at Shoreline!  Loved the hybrid model I got upgraded too.  All in all a very good experience! People very friendly and helpful.
