I booked online for rental car with Dollar (as their location was the closest to where I was staying in Seattle), for a mid size sedan. When I arrived at the predetermined time for pickup, I was informed that mid size car is not available. I could not quite understand their logic as I could see returned cars such as Chevrolet Impala, Corolla in the lot, those can be prepped for rent in half an hour ( I have a booking for the same too). He gave an excuse of long ready time, and I had to take a mid size SUV with more than 50% additional daily expenditure (it was a short trip of 3 days, and by then I just wanted a ready vehicle and they may have exploited my situation). Even though I pre-booked an insurance (and my company scheme covers me), they added additional accident coverage cost without me knowing, so I had to specifically instruct them to cancel the same (with dire warnings for online insurance from the staff at counter). When I returned the car, I had gotten the tank full from a nearby Shell station just before drop off, but they surreptitiously added $15.99 for 2 Gallons of fuel in the final bill. I was pretty miffed by then and told them to check the fuel level (the SUV had electronic fuel indicator and quite accurate one at that) and reverse the amount. 

All in all, not a pleasant experience at all..

A very tight packed lot. I was only dropping off a car so didn't spend much time. They have lots of Subarus and are connected too the ones at the Seattle and Portland airports.

Don't rent from this place.  The insurance is expensive and the service is really poor.  I booked this place via Expedia which included taxes as part of the rate but I was charged taxes.   Now I have filed a complaint with Expedia.

I ordered online but the page is not really accurate with the cars. The service at the place is good. The attendant was helpful and he helped me to understand the process. I rented a Suv that actually worked incredible. I didn't have trouble with the car.
