I’m very unhappy with my experience here. First, the car I booked wasn’t available. I got the car I don’t like. Then I noticed two dents that wasn’t on rental agreement. According to the agreement you have to comeback and log them in. It took me 20 min to navigate one way of downtown to comeback from rental garage. Here it goes one day of my vacation. I wish I went somewhere else and saved a day

I have rented a car at Sixt Seattle twice. The first time was akward but went well overall. I figured everyone was new. The second time (early November 2017) was great. I got a really nice car at a really nice price and they got me in it quickly. People were smiling and knew what they were doing. Like all the other agencies, they had a bunch of upcharge stuff but no one pushed it or tried to slide it by. After a fiasco with the whole Enterprise/Alamo business model....I will definitely go back to Sixt.

Best place to rent! I took a Fortwo since I was traveling alone. Worth it. Got my refund in an acceptable time too

Avoid, stay away. Thought everything was good, checked out my car that went well, etc. During the process, the agent had me add my wife as a driver. I thought ok, no big deal since we were together, might be convenient if I didn't want to drive. So we added her. NEVER did she mention that there was going to be an almost $100 extra charge to add her, not mentioned anywhere. Agent was super adamant about me adding her.  I thought she was just being nice.  She even had us hold up the line while my wife was taking my young daughter to the restroom so we could get her added which I did think was odd but just went along with it.  Then, weekend's over and we turn the car in and I get charged an extra $12.99 per day for my wife to be on there. Complained to the check in lady, she said I had to talk to corporate. I did. They tell me I agreed when I picked up the car which I did not. I agreed to add my wife, but was never told that there would be an extra fee. If that was the case, I wouldn't have done it. Whole reason I went here was because the price was good, at least until they charged me the extra $100. Next time, I will stay away from the brands I've not heard of. Buyer Beware!  These guys will hit you with charges you aren't expecting.

I am giving the company a 2 stars because Overall the car we received was nice, clean, up-to date!!!! Best part of the the rental experience by far!

I do take three stars away for the horrible interaction with the employee at the branch. she was incredibly rude and stand offish and continuously rolling her eyes at us, when I asked her if she was having a bad day she(short indian/black lady agent) said no why. I calmly replied your being very aggressive which is not pleasant to me and my husband, she then basically Challenged me to do something about it.  (Repeating that's fine you can write a complaint on our survey for management to see)  

I do not like to post names of employees online but have seen several other complaints about this employee and terrible experiences with said employee. It is a shame to see management continues to let one employee bring down what could be a great rental car company, and experience for us! 

Hopefully corporate will look in to the many complaints being filed by customers against this employee and make a change for the better of the company! 

Will tell friends to avoid this downtown branch but may try the company again in a different state.
