Very pleasantly surprised by Enterprise: I rented a car for a day trip and everything went perfect. Reserved online, nice lady at the front desk outlined everything and went over the cost breakdown. Nice guy in the garage gave me a choice of cars in my range, helped me inspect/summarize the car. In and out in under 10 mins.

The location is easy to access despite being in the middle of downtown (just watch out for construction on certain streets) and they have convenient after-hours returns (with a little key drop box).

Will and Joe helped saved my day when two other Enterprise locations did not care in the slightest. Huge shout out to them and I’d highly recommend his location over the others in the city. Thank you again.

I gotta say one of the dumbest business practices I've ever encountered. They allow you to reserve a car at 19:00 on a weekday. Guess what time they close? 19:00. This location is obscured on the second floor of a business building and by the time we got there it was 19:05 and the managers that rent out the cars went home already. It's not their fault, I would do the same, but it is a dumb strategy to have people rent cars from you exactly on your closing time. 

We ended up having to take a cab down to Seattle Tacoma airport to rent a car which turned out to be better. I would recommend if you need to rent a car go down to that location for better rates and cars.

Excellent customer service.  The rental process was very simple and I was able to choose from a variety of mid-sized SUVs after reserving online.  Worth it to take the light rail from the airport and rent here instead to save the money.
