The service at this Hertz car rental station was excellent. We initially had to wait a few minutes while the clerk served someone else but once we were seen they were friendly, quick and efficient. They gave us 10 dollars off the price of the car as the outside of it was a little grubby (but the inside was spotless!) and gave us an excellent deal when pre paying for fuel. The clerk was very friendly and, having never rented a car in the US before, made the process easy and straight forward. They brought the car round to the front of the hotel for us also. I would happily recommend this Hertz branch.

I've rented here twice.  The people were friendly, the rates were decent and the vehicles were fine.  Would rent here again.

Alex is extremely personable, and is super flexible to accommodate your needs. This is a single employee location in a hotel, so you'll need to be extra patient while he's serving other customers. What's fantastic is the available pickup/return service, where you can be picked up from relatively close positions to this location, then dropped off here so you can pick up your rental; you can skip that extra step of hailing a taxi / ride-share to get here.

After reading all the bad reviews (I didn't read them when booking on this location) I really got worried when going there on a Saturday. They also didn't pick up the phone when calling so that made me extra worried. However when gotting onsite there was a friendly woman helping at the desk. She even got us a upgrade. And compared to the downtown location it was quite a bit cheaper. So... I can only judge on the experience we had and that was great.

would give zero if possible. worst rental experience ever! received a call 1 week after returning the car from hertz vehicle control dept saying we never returned the car. the whole fiasco turned out to be due to "an error of a staff" from this office. will never use again. plain and simple!
