I normally would give them 5 stars but this last experience did not live up to my expectations. I was immediately put off because they gave me a car with just a quarter tank of gas. I didn't notice until I got down the road that the right, rear tire sensor was flashing that it was low. It only had 33 lbs of pressure in it. As the day went on, it dropped to 26 lbs so I had to air it up. By the next morning it was down to 24 lbs. I took it back to them and they immediately got me a different car. I feel like they should check the tires and level of fuel before giving a customer a car.

My husband, daughter and I rented a car for Christmas to go visit both of our families.  The service was amazing, the woman who helped us had just started 3 days before and she did amazing.  Now the selection wasn't great but it was also Christmas time so I understand.  We were suppose to get a car but got a van instead but it wasn't a big deal since we brought home a lot of stuff.  The only thing I don't like is the deposit they require.  I understand a lot of places like this require one but 200 dollar is going to cover what if something happens?  I think you should have to have insurance and they ask for your insurance card instead of that big deposit that you don't really know when you are going to get back.  Other than that I liked the Cape Girardeau store.

I will use Enterprise more often in the future.  Very fast, easy, convenient.  And great value.  The people there really go the extra mile to serve (literally - they drove 9 miles to pick me up at home and later to drop me off).   Can't get much better than that.

Pre registered for a full size pick up online ahead of arriving since I was on a time crunch and the lady assisting me at this branch tried to give me a Nissan Frontier which is NOT full size. When I asked her if this is what enterprise considers a full size pickup she lied and said yes instead of even taking the time to figure it out. I had to turn around and get a new vehicle the one I needed to start with. Also had me walk around the truck and when I pointed out an OBVIOUS scratch that I wanted notated she said oh no that's just the tire. I clearly know the difference between a scratch and a tire mark. Don't appreciate being lied to to make commission on insurance through them I didn't need either. Not satisfied with this branch.

The Cape Girardeau Enterprise goes above and beyond to help their customers.  I have rented from them 3 times now, and I'm 21 years old.  When I've had to rent from them, it's always been in tough times when I'm without a car and 8 hours from home (at school).  They are personal and extremely willing to work with you and help you to get you where you need to be.  Specifically, Kandice is amazing and has always helped me quickly and painlessly.  Compared to trying to make a reservation with their "corporate workers" (not in Cape), the Cape Girardeau Enterprise experience is a breeze.  I highly recommend calling them directly or going in and speaking with them directly.  They are great and will do whatever it takes to help you.
