Overall a wonderful experience. Vehicle was very nice. They offered a great discount on gas if you fill up with them. So I took advantage of the $1.59 a gallon (or so I thought). An employee rode with me to have the truck filled up before I left. Once the vehicle was filled up I looked at the cost on pump, it stated $44.00. Glad I looked, because when I returned vehicle they were charging me over $55. Once I mentioned that to the employer he did make it right. I would love to give a five star. Because they did make it right, however had I not been paying attention they would have over charged. So I gave a 4 star because I do believe in being honest in all things. However. I would recommend their services. Just suggest everyone pay attention.

Absolutely terrible!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! I had to pay deposit (understandable) when returning the car I was thinking I would get my deposit back but was told they had to mail it to me (no problem).. well here it is a month later an I haven't gotten my deposit back when I call an ask about I'm told them at it was sent on the 3rd of Jan (in which I knew wasn't true because that was the day I returned the car when I said OK well it's been a month how can I have it resent an them I'm told that I myself will have to call there finance company an find out what needs to be done even though they had no problem calling  them to see what it was sent but couldn't call them to find out what I needed to do to have it resent!! I would never reader a friend do to use this location!

Best rental car experience I've ever had. Chris and Megan were gold standard. They did all they could to help us get our vacation started and when we left what had started awful at Hertz ended great at enterprise.

Thanks to Jamie and Chris for an pleasant experience at Enterprise on Charleston hwy in West Columbia, SC. The process was speedy after my car accident after getting me in a car the next day. Also thanks you both for your kind and pleasant attitudes. Thanks, Tara Williams

Had an excellent and comfortable trip.  The gentleman that signed the car out to me was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly - we even chatted about my destination after we discovered he was going to the same area soon on a trip.

Auto was extremely comfortable and had great performance on the highway.

Will definitely return in the future.
