I use this location solely for work rentals. Customer service and professionalism are lacking. On a recent rental, the rental agreement prepped, and I was handed the keys and pretty much pointed in the direction of the parked car in the garage. No review of the agreement, or walk around the car-- basically, here are the keys and there's the car.  On my next visit, the check-in process & vehicle inspection was fairly standard, but I left without being given a copy of the contract.  When I addressed it, upon returning the vehicle, I was told that it's the customer's responsibility to ASK FOR a printed copy of the rental agreement, bc they're moving to a paperless system. I told them that I never received an electronic copy, either. As a result, I completely refueled a car that was checked out as having a 1/2 tank of gas.  They told me that there was nothing they could do about it.  Decent cars, but the customer service experience, and lack of professionalism will force our office to go with a different location.

I had a great  trip.  My daughter and  I had no problems.  The  trip was great and  we had no trouble  at the Enterprise in Columbia.  We got a nice upgrade  and I will use them again.  Ronnie D.

My experience picking up my car was outstanding.  The staff working were extremely friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, there were significant challenges with the rental experience in general.  No one was available to come pick me up as Enterprise promotes so heavily in their ads.  I had to use Uber to get my car.  Not only was this location not able to pick me up, my insurance company called three other locations of Enterprise while I was stranded by the road after an auto accident.  To summarize, four Enterprise locations were not able to pick me up.

I called this office on the phone with a question about hot to return the vehicle.  A staff member name Tequila answered.  I had to briefly put he on hold to answer another line (literally, long enough to answer the call, put them on hold and return to the other line).  She hung up on me.  It was disappointing to be treated in such an unprofessional and discourteous manner.

I got a great car at a great price.  Sadly, the overall disappointing customer service experience makes me not eager to do business with Enterprise in the future.

Customer service sucks as a platinum member it's always hard to get a car at this location I feel especially if your black,  no matter how many thousands of dollars I spend with the company. If you ever go don't  get the short fat guy Jermain harper he is very rude and  horrible customer service! I can't wait to enterprise Clean house at this location new management needed!
