times reservation confirmed. When I came to pick up the car, they refused to accept my EU-driver license. So I went to Hertz. No problem. Never enterprise cars again.

The dude at the counter wasn't to bright so I decided to go with a more professional rental service.  Don't waist you money with the guys

I rented a car here on two separate occasions - 6/20/09 and 8/7/09.  The experiences could not be further apart - 6/20 was ideal; 8/7 was quite another story.  First, the 6/20 salespeople were friendly, helpful, and concluded my transaction in a matter of minutes, even with an office full of customers.  The 8/7 salespeople made me wait while they called my insurance company to determine if I had coverage (not done on 6/20), gave me a car that had a bald right front tire (DANGEROUS!), required a fill-up of the car upon return (even though I didn't get a completely filled car AND it was not a requirement on 6/20); held $150.00 against my debit card in addition to the bill and ran the entire amount through AFTER the car had been returned in the same shape it was in when it went out.  The car rented on 6/20 was a compact (one of the new, sportier Nissans) and had tremendous head and leg room.  On 8/7, I requested a mid-sized car (expecting even more head and leg room); instead, the mid-sized car actually had a SMALLER interior than the car I rented.  My passengers were extremely miserable for the entire day.  Finally, my total bill for renting a car for one day on 6/20 was $33.  My bill for renting a car for 1 1/2 days on 8/7?  $92.00 - no, make that $242.00 since they debited my card for the deposit and won't release it for up to two days.  Mind you, there was NOTHING in WRITING ANYWHERE that suggested any changes had been put into place after the 6/20 visit that made all of the inconveniences of the 8/7 visit necessary (e.g. credit/debit card issues, gas fill-up requirement, etc.).

So, if you have the extra money to spend and don't mind getting considerably less than you paid for, don't go to this location.  However, I have to add that the 6/20 sales staff was not the same as the 8/7 staff - maybe the 6/20 got fed up with them, too?  In any case, I wouldn't recommend this particular location unless you absolutely have no choice but to rent from them. Even then, consider walking or taking a cab - it'd probably be cheaper.
