Overall great rental experience. Staff was very friendly, service was fast, and the car was clean. Renting was straight forward, quick and easy. Would definitely rent here again.

Had to rent a car last minute for work. They only had 2 cars, but turned one around quickly for me. Took note of all the dents and scratches. Pretty quick in and out.

Customer Service at the Route 47 Rio Grande, New Jersey office was OUTSTANDING !!!! Very Professional and prompt getting my my rental car !!!
The car itself smelled of cigarettes from the past renter. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you.

This place was mad busy this morning, many folks needed cars after flash flooding last night..... including us... staff were incredibly efficient, professional and personable. Got us on our way quickly with exactly the car we needed.

I can't get a rental car for 3 days.  The first reservation was made on Monday by a Jeep Service Dept representative on my behalf for 4pm.  There was no car available by the end of the day.  Tuesday morning I made a second reservation for the same day.  They confirmed it and then called 30 min later to tell that they won't have a car for me this day.  An enterprise representative rescheduled my reservation for Wednesday at 1pm. Today it's Wednesday, I just called to confirm that a car is ready for me.  There is no car, there is no reservation in the system!!!  They made The Fourth reservation for 3pm today...  I keep my fingers crossed...
