Recently rented a vehicle at the Greenwood site and the representative screwed my card up. I used two different cards to pay for it and the representative screwed my card up not paying attention putting my account on distress. Highly upsetting!!

The employees at the Greenwood location are so friendly and helpful. We've always had good experiences in the past with renting vehicles from this location. However, our last rental was not as expected. The suv was dirty both inside and out when we picked it up. Our main concern was realizing the tag was an expired out of state tag. I did not feel comfortable taking it out of state and possibly getting pulled over. Our options were either wait for FedEx to deliver a new tag meaning we would depart later than planned or go to their Flowood, MS location to get the new tag. We chose to pick up the tag. Although this wasn't a major deal, it did cause us a 45 minute delay on getting back on the road and to our destination. I will use them again, but this rental experience put a bad taste in my mouth from the very beginning.
