I do not recommend renting from this location or this company. The staff placed me in a rental car that was not functioning properly. The staff was aware of issues since the car was returned by at least 3 previous customers per office staff. The vehicle shook vigorously when reaching interstate speeds. I returned the vehicle shortly after due to obvious issues. I was no longer able to make my trip not to mention the next car was most likely faulty as well just didn't feel safe in their vehicles. So, I cancelled my rental. The manager (Faith) instructed the staff to charge for a full day since the car left the lot however the car was at a repair shop (getting an oil change) when I was placed in the car. So, the car was never on the lot prior to my renting the vehicle. I called customer service 4 times and they stated that  they will file a complaint and the district manager would call me back. I am still waiting for a return call after calling them 4 times. I have needed a rental 3 times since that day and refuse to give enterprise my business since there is obviously a lack of concern for their customers. I do NOT recommend renting a car from them. There are several other options around the same price point like budget car rental. I would look at other options before even considering enterprise.

Leasing from Enterprise was simple.  The car was a Hyundai Sonata and it was a pleasure to drive.  The employees were very professional and nice.  I will go there again when I need a rental.

The car I reserved - a Kia Soul - had a cracked windshield so I was given a Mazda 3. I really need a roomier vehicle like the Soul, but made the Mazda work. 

What was more disappointing was the cleanliness of the Mazda. It was far from acceptable. The wheels were covered in road grim/brake dust, the tires and lower panels had dirt on them, the inside windshield had a film over them, there was Christmas wrapping paper scraps in the trunk, the interior surfaces were stained with water streaks/rings, etc. I have never received an Enterprise rental in such poor condition. The agent offered to wash it for me, but I had no time to wait. It should never have been offered to a customer in such condition. 

On the plus side, I do like the new option to pay for fuel on the front end. 

I will not be returning to that Enterprise location again. The Ridgeland, MS location is much better.

This is a great place to rent a car. All of the employees that I have dealt with have been very nice. I would definitely do business with Enterprise Rent-A-Car again, and recommend friends and family use them, also.
