It's not always easy to rent a car in the area (reason for 4). The local staff gets 5 stars for professionalism, great customer service, and having a can-do attitude. If you call the 800-number, you may not get exactly what you asked for when you want it. If you can go in or talk with the staff they make sure you get what you feel comfortable with and take great care in making sure you understand fees- as well as get any business discounts you're entitled to--such as government rates for business travel. And they really do pick you up-without acting like it's a hassle!

I Thank God for young men like George and Zack. They are are very delightful and helpful...have good customer service. Keep up the good work.

The availability of cars are not as available as in the past.   I have used Enterprise for years both for personal use and business travel.

The SUV we rented was great no problems at all.i do think though charging 200 dol for deposit is a lil overboard

Great Job Enterprise. I have never had any major issues with any of the staff or vehicles that I have rented. My recent rental was Nov 5, 2016 and they provided me with excellent service. Like so many I didn't want to return the vehicle. I will have to say that having a rental dealership close to home is great for me. The only bad thing is that they do need more Peking space. Thanks guys at enterprise.
