Flight's cancelled for the weekend, no way home for days. Budget was one of the only places that had any "one-way" cars left. Additionally, they opened on time. I was leaving with a fresh mid size car while customers at other companies were still waiting for someone to help them.

I will never use Budget Rental again. After booking and paying for a car reservation a week prior, when I arrived at the airport to collect the car I was told I would not be able to collect the vehicle because of some bogus policy regarding credit card vs debit card.  Despite having a 'paid in full' reservation I was summarily demised on Christmas Day! Thanks Budget 'Heartless' Car Rental. If you are going to implement a card policy it would be good business policy to let the customer know before booking rather than when showing up at the airport!

I relocated from Jackson, MS to Arizona three years ago.  Each time I have rented a vehicle from Budget (all but one), Tracy has been the Counter Representative.  I enjoy her knowledge, quality customer service, and personal touch.  Though I am a Jackson native, she never ceases to ask if I need a map or directions.  I have come to expect her at the counter when I check in.  I hope you have an opportunity to meet and check in with her.

Good customer service however my car smells so bad of smoke....I can't drive unless my window is down.

The ease of the rental was great. Picking up and dropping off was a breeze. Car worked great and the staff was friendly. I left my cell phone in the car and before I panicked someone was bringing it to me.
