I've always had a great experience at this location.  Very friendly and extremely helpful, especially when making sure they provide you with the vehicle that suits your needs.  Big shout out to Taylor, she always helps me.

I truely wish i could remember the gentlemans name who helped me out. I was stranded last minute with little means on me and needed to get home 3 states away. Every single rental place in the area had no cars available. He must have seen the worry and panic on my face because they asked me to stick around til closing and he will figure something out. Unfortunately I didn't have certain credentials with me or exactly enough for a deposit, but he was easily able to work with me and took a risk on me just to make sure i was able to get home. I can't say enough how grateful i am of him able to above and beyond in every way to help me. Service could not have gotten any better.

This was our second time renting from this office.  They are very friendly, demonstrate a good understanding of customer service and going the extra steps to be sure we were happy.  We received a nice upgrade due to our scheduled car not being available.  The office manager gave me his card to keep with me should I have a need for anything during our nine day rental.  Again, great staff!  The price was hard to beat as well.  We will be back on our next trip to STL.

I had a great experience. The person who helped me was courteous and quick. I had a few questions and she answered and made sure I understood. It is evident that customer service is important at this place.

Got rental vehicle while dealer was repairing mine.
Quick turn around and they provided courtesy ride to and from Dealer.
