My car needed repairs and the insurance booked me a rental through Enterprise. I spoke with an Enterprise employee on the phone and told them I would be dropping the car off on Saturday. I asked what time would work best for them. He specifically told me 12:15. I verified what number to call. So I got to the repair shop, called the number he told me to call at 12:15, and got a recording saying their office closed at noon. Thank God I hadn't put my key in the drop box at the repair shop or I would have been stranded.

Loved th car!! I didn’t like how customer service tells you one thing and then the actual site has different rules. Also I don’t like how I turned in the car on the same day scheduled and was still charged for the next day. Then later I was told we use 24 hour billing cycle. Need better customer service.

Stranded in St. Charles after completing the Katy Trail and running into weather. The Katy Trail shuttle is $320 flat, and I didn't have other bikers to share the cost due to the late season. Got a one-way truck on short notice for $140.

Favorite Enterprise in the US. Staff is helpful, friendly and they go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience.

Excellent service, check ins, and staff is great. Also, this Enterprise allows customers to rent cars with a debit card and piece of mail reflecting current address. Call them to ask for details. Other Enterprises require a true credit card.
