I always have a great rental experience at the Henderson Enterprise.  The associates are always very nice and respectful which are key factors in retaining me as a customer.  They take the time to explain the conditions of the rental and answer any questions I may have. Great Job everyone!

It's always a joy to work with professional young men.  Albert and Devin and the rest of the staff has always been helpful to us and always accommodate our needs and will definitely continue to do business at this location.

Not for sure of the young lady's name that helped me out @ the office in Henderson NC but she was the BEST!  Her Customer Service & HUGS were just what I needed at that moment and it will Never be forgotten :} Thanks

I was well-treated. My agent called early to confirm the reservation, had the car ready to go when I got there. He was well-dressed and of a good business manner. Henderson has a negative reputation. This business shows the good that is there.

I was very pleased. I made a reservation that morning for 1pm. I was out of there by 1:20pm with a very nice vehicle. Everyone was also very kind and hard working. Worked with them again several months later, and I am still pleased.
