There needs to be a zero star rating.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We prepaid for a rental. Next day we went to pick it up and Avis's system was down. I was told it should be up in about 10 minutes. Then it was going to be 30 minutes. At the end of the day it still wasn't up.  When i called Avis corporate they said to talk to the guy at the counter. Guy at the counter said to call corporate. Even when i asked to talk to a supervisor at corporate i was told no. When i asked the guy at the desk for another 800 number to call at corporate he wouldn't give me one.   None of them cared about the issues they created and have not offered a single remedy or refund.

Ed Kwiatkowski and the other positive reviewers could not have expressed my thoughts any better but I'll still offer my own input.

Have rented cars throughout the entire country and abroad where most of my experiences were common: impersonal staff, mediocre vehicles, long lines, and sloppy customer service (800 numbers to call if/when there's an issue). 

This location, however, is top notch. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer comfort/convenience and professionalism. 

By far the best rental location within the RDU area.

This location offers great cars and most time brand new cars. Folks that work here recommended me couple of best cars they had, that I have never driven before and my experience was fantastic with those cars. Excellent Service. Location is bit difficult to identify first time on GPS, once you its easy. Very flexible people offering great cars and great service. OUTSTANDING!!!

I think that the staff here does a great job considering they don't have much room in which to work and there is a lot of demand for their cars. I've never had to wait too long, and I've been renting here for the past six years. The cars are in decent shape. And you can get some shopping done if you get here early!

Nice guy. Pleasant to deal with. Returned a vehicle and left something on that vehicle, asked for the item the next day and they had it. Overall, satisfied. Will be renting again for next trip.
