This has become one of my favorite locations to rent from.  I was in and out in a matter of minutes.  The vehicle given was a very nice vehicle.  I loved it.  I especially liked that even though the business was closed on my return date, I was able to leave the keys in a drop box.  This helped me to save money by not having to keep the vehicle an extra day.

Why can't there be a zero stars rating?
I have been trying for two and a half weeks to get a car from this company, only after they called me immediately when receiving my insurance claim. The body shop did not have my car parts yet so I went ahead and reserved for when those parts would be delivered. I called to confirm I was coming to get the car, and "they have no history of a claim", is what I was told. 
So I went through the whole process with State Farm and they sent another email. I called and they said they would have a rental ready in four days. I called when the four days was up. They said it would be another four days. So I waited the next four days and once again they said they didn't have me on file, I got put on hold, transferred three times, then was sent to the survey that is to be completed AFTER service! SO I am taking my business to Hertz!
This is the last and final straw! They already messed up a vacation this summer with my father when they did the same "It will be four days" after he had reserved the car two weeks in advance for our trip! 
What are the employees doing?! Using the cars for personal use? Do your employees have their own car or are they using the rentals Enterprise?
So much for having a good business locally to go to! I hope Oxford replaces you with a Hertz!!!

I had an okay experience the first time me and my mom dorothy bibbs rented from them but the second time we did was a disaster. We got it for three days and then i called in for one more day. That was a big mistake. She dropped the car off saturday in henderson nc where they told us to 5:45 on Saturday because we filled the gas back up. They charge us for five days. So we paid for a vehicle we did not have. I haven't seen not one deposit back not even from the first rental. This is the worst service ever. I will be needing a rental again in 2 weeks but i will never ever rent a thing from them. I work for amazon and i have a crew from out of town and they are looking for car service. I will not recommend them to none of my members. CALL ANOTHER SERVICE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME YOU WILL BE OUT OF A LOT OF MONEY. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. PLUS SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES HAVE AN ATTITUDE ON TOP OF THAT. I DONT RECOMMEND OXFORD OR HENDERSON NC...This is an update Thanks to a young man at the oxford branch. He decided to refund that one day.👍 In the future they have a responsiblity to tell you if you drop the vehicle off after business hours. You will be charged for another day. And if its after the time you picked it up its $8 hr. So watch out for that. I've definitely learned my lesson.

the vehicle was the only good thing, our reservation wasn't carried through as we requested, we needed a pickup from our location. that didnt happen, and there were many HIDDEN COSTS ... that were higher than the agent told us. this was a complete disaster for us NEVER AGAIN .. and I do not recommend either. our initial cost which was supposed to be 360. dollars jumped to over 750. dollars and yes we were extended the use for 2 days but the total cost per day was a lie, and then the outrageous insurance fees .... I have used budget for the last 10 years and it was totally great ,,, we used these because of the pick up service WHICH they didnt provide... . SO NEVER AGAIN ENTERPRISE RENT A HEADACHE

This location always have friendly customer service reps and they are always smiling.  They even remembered why we rented the car when we came back & asked how the trip was.  Can't teach that customer service!
