The staff was professional, articulate and prepared.  A side note with no bearing on this location, you must have a credit card to reserve a car otherwise you will need a utility bill that is current, (not past due, over 30 days or disconnected,) The website does not make it clear as to what you will need when checking out. The site simply states amount due. Read all the fine print before finalizing your method of payment and what you will need once at any Enterprise location. The staff was helpful and understanding and my experience was positive. I would utilize their location again.

I had a very positive car buying experience with Enterprise. I initially was not aware that they sold cars. After needing a rental due to an accident, I was able to replace my vehicle through enterprise with the help of my awesome salesman Dominique Love. Would definitely recommend!

My experience at Enterprise in Raleigh was exceptional. Mark was very quick and attentive to each customer that walked in. My wait time was minimal and Mark made sure I was in the vehicle that I wanted.

Good rental cars. However, the last car I rented kept saying "Low key battery.:  When I called the local office where I rented it from, they told me they didn't have a spare key nor a replacement battery.  They did swap out the car but that meant I had to take time to go to the location.

It is Unfortunate that I have to rent from another location since this one is so close to me and I had been renting here for years. 2 bad experiences within 1 month 1st time I was rented a broken car. And had to return it 2nd time was charge twice and 3 days later I am still waiting for them to correct it. Also noticing the lack of quality cars that is being rented. Very bad customer service It must be under new management. 👎
