Staff was Great. Car was Great. Location was easy for me. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ENTERPRISE AGAIN AS LONG AS THEY SINGLE OUT  LAW ABIDING CITIZENS AND CAVE TO "SOCIAL JUSTICE WARRIORS" moronic views. I decided, after your IDIODIC stance on the NRA, to go out and actually become a member.  As a retired member of the military and member of the media, I will go out of my way to make sure my colleagues, friends, family and any other person I can reach no longer does business with your company as long as you support Anti-American positions.

We found it impossible to contact our local office by telephone. (We know the number is correct because of the hold messages). But once we visited in person and received our rental vehicle, everything else went very well. Enterprise even picked up the vehicle from our location  when it was time to return it.

The cars at this location are stinky and funky. These cars have the worst smell that I have ever experienced. I have rented from other Enterprise locations in the past and they  never had cars with such a bad odor. Its quite obvious that the cleaning crew is not properly cleaning or deodorizing these funky cars before they rent them out to people. In fact they aren't cleaning these cars at all.  I thought the smell  would air out with a little time, not a chance.. Then I realized the cupholders were filthy and had crud in them, the gear stick had dried up filth on it.  The same funky smell was in two of the cars  that I seen. Maybe they should take the time to clean out these funky cars before renting them out instead of  trying to turn them over so fast and properly inspect and clean the cars ...management. I will not be going to this filthy Enterprise anymore and I'll let everyone know why too.

Staff at both locations were polite, professional and efficient. Vehicle performed fine. Vehicle was not as clean as it could have been. Overall, positive experience.

I enjoy my rentals from this location.  The staff is very professional and courteous.  They are always accommodating and they always provide excellent support when needed.  I have been renting from this location for the past two years and I've never been disappointed with the car selection and customer service.
