The customer services provided at this facility is amazing.  I came in when it was super busy but every single person that came in they tried to help to their best ability.  Everyone was friendly and professional and made it a point to say how they wanted to make this a good experience. I was impressed at how they took every comment customers gave them and even read the reactions of people who looked disappointed about a price quote and they would go behind the counter and try to make things better right away.  My only complaint I had, was my car had the faint odor of cigarettes and I mentioned it to the manager.  I wasn't really complaining as much as letting them know so they could get it cleaned properly for their next customer.  He went above and beyond apologizing offering me a coupon for my next rental, etc... It was unnecessary for me, but I appreciated the kindness.  They really do try to make your experience a 5 star experience. Thanks, and I look forward to renting again in the future.

I'll start off by saying that the young lady who assisted me (Sarah) was an absolute jewel of a person - professional, polite and proficient. She treated me as though my business mattered. She treated me as though "I" mattered, an aspect of customer service that most businesses seemed to have forgotten these days. She engaged in conversation about me, my needs, the type of car I was interested in, and even based on proposed usage, offered me options for consideration. She went over absolutely every detail that one needed to know, and answered a few questions that I'd not thought to ask. She also got to know about me personally and we shared a few humorous moments in conversation. She was a delight.

As for the rest of the staff, I only interacted with them inside the building, but they exhibited the same professionalism and sense of humor that Sarah did. The staff was eager to assist me, and at no point whatsoever, did I ever feel as though they didn't want to offer me the highest quality of service...which is why this is the ONLY Enterprise I use in the entire state of Maryland, even more than at BWI Airport. I simply like them better because I'm not just a credit card...I'm a person to them...

...and you wonder why they keep getting my money...

They were able to get me a rental quickly.  They did go to the wrong place to pick me up. I felt the person checking the car out to me was way more anal than I have dealt with before.  She was very strict in looking at the car and letting me know everything they would charge me for. She really wanted me to get their accident waiver.  The car was fine, nothing special.  

When I reserved the car I asked for the cheapest one they had.  They tried to sell me on a more expensive one.  When I asked is that your cheapest they admitted it was not and "gave me a discount" on their cheapest to bring the price lower than it would have been. That was central reservations and not the actual location.

The person who picked me up was nice.  The person who checked my car in was reasonable and nice.

Do yourself a favor! Renting from this company is so much better than with the Budget group! The customer service at Enterprise is EXCELLENT in every way. They always have the car that I've rented there and waiting for me. Just do it and enjoy your ride.

Everything was fast and easy because I’ve rented from Enterprise in my home state Illinois plenty times love them but I was pretty pissed at the fact that I was very clear when I told my rep that I would be dropping the car off at BWI I was never told about a fee but my intuition told me to call that morning BOOM! There is going to be a $75 drop fee WTH nope that’s more than my rental itself outside of that great!
