Car was great. Received a phone call faster then I expected to pick it up. No problems with my days being extended. When I returned car I was charged and was not told I was going to be and then it took two days for my money to be returned to my card. This was a insurance bill. They should of never charged me without telling me and if they can take my money out in seconds then return it as fast. They said they called and told me to bring insurance papers with me but they did not and said it was my fault. Was not happy with the ending of my ordeal

On a dark and stormy night Courtney and her staff helped me out of a real jam. I pulled up to their location 5 min to closing with a flat tire and many more miles to go. They were super courteous and helpful in getting me into a new car and on my way in 10 min with no hassle and no fuss. Couldn't be happier with the service from everyone.

Awesome service and immediate resolution of a problem. I received a free upgrade (SUV) vehicle from the manager when the initial (intermediate) vehicle provided was not satisfactory.

First time ever dealing with this Enterprise and it was the worst experience. Got into an accident 2 days ago, I have work everyday this week and can not be without a vehicle. I was given a 10am appointment to pick up a vehicle today (Tuesday) which was already pushing it, as I have to go to work right after. It's a fairly long drive to this Enterprise from my home, and I receive a call less then an hour before my pick up appointment and was told the car wouldn't be ready until 2:30pm. Furious! I was pushed back three times now to pick up a vehicle. Wont ever deal with this location again.

This branch is super accommodating and the folks there are always friendly. I always get A+ service.
