The employees are wonderful. The service was excellent.  The site opened at 8 am, I was able to be processed and out the door to my rental within 5 minutes.  They accept debit and credit cards.  Make sure you reserve online with all information asked, it will make the whole process minimal.  Pleasant staff, clean facility, and great choice in vehicles.

Our car was towed away and we asked this local enterprise place and got a persimmon letter on Saturday to get our car back. The assistant manager Corinne was so helpful and took her time to help us out patiently and generously. We called her twice and every time she was so nice polite and caring. We r so thankful that she saved our trip from this accident and spent her time to help us out. We am so glad we rented car from this local store and the staffs there r very friendly, very helpful and give us a lot of suggestions on our trip. We had a great conversation and the assistant manager was so helpful. Plus their price is cheaper than you directly rent from the airport. We definitely will choose this store next time for our rental car as  well. Thank you!

I had a great experience. No problem at all. I reserved online. The car was ready and waiting. There were 5 other customers in front of me at 8am on a Saturday and to be honest 3 out of the 5 had personal issues with regards to why they could not rent, but the staff remained friendly and very professional even when the customers were being less than friendly. The Sentra I rented was clean and well maintained. Drove wonderfully. Upon my drop-off I was greeted with a smile and cheery "Good Morning" by all staff on duty. My representative who checked my car in greeted me personally. She stepped from behind the counter and shook my hand and continued with a warm smile. I appreciated the fantastic customer service. I will be renting again.

The service here is super slow. You may be here for an hour or more to pick up a vehicle. The gentleman are very kind and courteous but some of the young ladies require more customer service training.
