Always satisfied with Enterprise Car Rental.  I get good deals belonging to their awards program. Cars are always clean.  I wish that your personnel would not change so quickly.  It is nice, when you are a repeat customer as we are, to see familiar faces and be treated as a loyal customer instead of a walk in.  That would be my only complaint.  Otherwise, Enterprise rocks! as far as we are concerned.

We were in town for a girls weekend and rented a car. Chase R. was awesome and made our experience 5 Star! We will definitely do business here again!

My card was charged 2 weeks after returning a rental a $250 deposit amount in error. I called the location and spoke with the branch Manager he offered no help at all to resolve. He also stated there is no one over him to speak with to voice concerns with customer service and for me to look up complaint information online. The rental was good but the customer service I received during this issue was beyond horrible.

I rent all my vehicles at this location since I moved to Chandler.  My rentals have been exactly what I expected until this last time.  I requested a intermediate car and they were going to give me something that had no room for luggage.  Not sure why these cars are rented in the first place when you have four people in the car.  The leasing agent allowed me to get a larger car and split the difference in price.  Excellent Service!

Great customer service  by Terry Smith and Tabius Smith. Absolutely a delight to rent a car from this location. Was offered a premium SUV as an upgrade, while I booked a full size car. I usually rent a car from Enterprise and every time it is a customer delight.
