The rental process was easy due to doing my rental online. However, they need more workers. As for returning the vehicle on a Sunday, Enterprise was very busy that afternoon. I was advised to leave the keys in the drop box. On Monday I was charged a $200 deposit along with thethe rental charges. When called to speak with someone, I was told the managers were out and someone would contact me later. I was never contacted but was sent an email detailing my rental charges that didn't have the $200 on it. The next day my $200 appeared back in my account.

My experience with enterprise has always been great! The employees are very professional and efficient in time management. I would recommend enterprise rent a car to anyone

Excellent service. Friendly in putting customers first. I called them on a situation that I had on my last rental and were helpful in getting me going again. I would advise anyone when they ask you about purchasing their insurance protection for vehicle damages do it. Will save you in the long run.. I will tell anyone to rental Enterprise. If in Tuscaloosa, Alabama or surrounding area see the members of the Skyland Blvd location.

The customer service reps were very warm and friendly. I did not have a long wait during my pick up or return .I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends .

Always friendly and helpful. I have rarely ever used any other rental car company and was very pleased to find out that my insurance company had reserved my car through Enterprise. The first vehicle that I received was in need of some maintenance and they promptly exchanged it with zero hassle. Plus, they always have the best rates!
