Want to give ZERO star rating for this place. The past three employees - (I do not hold any opinion over current employs- were extraordinarily rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. (At least one of them is still there, surprisingly. 
To Michelle Webb: the same employee you praised - Christy -  was the one of the distasteful employees I have ever had to deal with in Tuscaloosa. She took forever to find my online reservation. She didn't know how to use the computer. I even brought the printed copy of the reservation ticket for proof, yet she blatantly told me that the reservation is void since she didn't find it on the computer. She seemed to be uneducated in how to identify her own company's online service. I did online reservation to save time, but she made it so much more difficult than it should be. It took about an hour to find the reservation, and another hour just to get the car. The car also showed that the employees were lazy and nonchalant in their work. Like other reviews, the car was FILTHY AND SMELLY. Interior was not vacuumed nor exterior was washed clean.
To be honest, I was treated badly once, and that one time is more than enough for me to criticize and deny future business UNLESS I know Hertz is working on improving their flaws. Giving cheaper price for a service doesn't give you the right to get cheap with how you treat customers. Be Warned! Don't go to Hertz here. You'll regret it. You will waste your money, time, effort, physical and mental stamina. Save yourself from the trouble.

I spent over 10 minutes on hold for this lady to check on my reservation. When she finally returns to the phone, she didn't remember that she was supposed to be checking on my reservation. I ask about it again and she laughs and goes, "Yeah, we got your reservation (laughs). You know, there's a $50 security fee." I say okay and was about to ask her about the car, but she says "Yeah, okay." and hangs up. 

At this point, I'm questioning whether or not I should even get this car. They never called to confirm the reservation or anything, and the rep I talked to was rude. I hope the car does not turn out to be as bad as some of these reviews.

I have rented from this location numerous times and have always been treated GREAT! Super nice staff. Car was ready when I arrived. Clean. Full of fuel. Easy to return. Again.....the staff at this location has been AWESOME!

Hands down best Hertz I have been to. Christy  the young lady who checked me in, had everything prepared before I even walked in! 
She was so friendly, and helpful and did it all with a smile. She also helped me after the fact when the drop off location had some issues ( unrelated). 
5 Stars to this ....and only this.... Hertz location!!!
