Great customer service at picking up the vehicle and during the rental period.  Didn’t give them  5 starts due to an unfair returning process or policy.  The vehilcle’s returning date and time was on Saturday by Noon.  Due to extremed heavy traffic (normal in Northern Virginia Area), I called to let them know I will be 30 min late.  The employee talked to the assistant manager and their answer was that I will be charged 2 additional days because they will close at noon and the next working day was Monday.  I told them that I will drop the key at their drop-off box but they didn’t accept my suggestion to avoid the extra charges.  I’m pretty sure that they could check their security cameras to check the time I returned the vehicle.  Anyway, after multiple attempts they told me about their parent location that is opened until 3:00 PM.  Sure enogh, I returned the vehicle at 12:30 PM and I didn’t get the extra charges.  It was a happy but painful ending.

Enterprise  Dale City is a  great  place to rent a car .The service is excellent , the people are friendly and  they always make an effort to ensure that you are  a completely satisfied customer. I 've been  renting cars from them  for years and the service has been consistently outstanding !

I have been renting from Enterprise for years and I don't know how they do it but they do it . They are very courteous and are so willing to please. I've seen times when the center at certain times can be very busy and they will still treat each customer with their undivided attention and still get everyone out in a timely manner; if I could rent a car every month I would. I enjoy renting from Enterprise when I do.🚘  ☺

Associate was courteous and also offered an upgrade at no charge to an SUV because full size vehicles were sold out
