A wonderful experience. Upgraded from a mid-size SUV to a Suburban with the help of a very nice female associate. She was able to get a great deal on the cost of the upgrade so our two week vacation became even better with the new ride. Everyone, from start to finish, was extremely polite and helpful. The value, for two weeks between two couples, was very good and the vehicle was extremely good on gas. Traveled almost 1200 miles (about 1900km) and only cost about $200.00CA in gas. Will definitely use them again.

Yesterday, March 29, 2018 was one of the greatest, if not thee greatest, customer experiences I've had. From the lady at the checking counter to when I picked up the car. The service was Excellent!!! I've seen already a number of reviews commending Herman for his great work; and I must add to that. Herman came to us as we approached the Alamo counter in the lot. We didn't have to stand up and wait or even ask for service. His greeting made us feel like family. In fact, he called us family. I almost wanted to give him a hug LOL. He walked us to our car, helped us select one that we liked, and ensured that we were comfortable in it. He helped us with our bags and pointed out a few features of the vehicle that he thought we would enjoy; and we did. All the while, he engaged me with a very pleasant conversation. If his service was scripted, I certainly didn't see or feel it. He made us feel like family. I made the comment to my kids as we drove off that I want to be like and work where Herman works later in my life. Alamo: You've got a great employee! Don't lose him.

I certainly do hope to see Herman again; and if not, I certainly hope to see someone like Herman who gives the same A++ service to his "family"--the customer 😊. I will certainly be using Alamo when coming to Nashville again.

After my experience with Herman, I was so sorry that I didn't get the name of the lady at the check-in counter in the terminal (at the National counter). She was great also in her service. Her smile and pleasant face were very welcoming, and perhaps prepared us for what to expect with Herman. I trust Alamo is keeping these two employees happy!

Oh! By the way, the car feels great! Just in case that mattered 😀.

Herman Patton made my car rental experience a complete breeze.  He is an employee that should be rewarded for his extraordinary customer service. He made me feel welcomed immediately and walked with me when selecting  my vehicle.  He provided information on things to do and even made me aware of where to find the best pies in the area.

Thanks Herman for reminding me of what good customer service is!

Decent cars, good rate.  The automated kiosk has major issues.  Twice I've used it.  Twice it has failed.  Thank goodness for the bright young man that got me going in no time.  Myles deserves a  raise.  So far, he has bailed me out on both occasions and there is no automated substitute for a young gentleman like Myles. He makes Alamo run like a Swiss watch.

From the time I checked in to get my rental keys to picking up the car the service was PHENOMENAL. Herman is excellent! He’s friendly, helpful and attentive. I rent cars quite often when I travel and by far this has been the best experience. I cannot day enough great things about Herman and the rest of the team! Thanks for getting my trip off to a great start!
