We had an excellent experience at the Nashville airport Enterprise. The counter and cars are in the airport so that is a big plus. Daria let us choose our minivan from the available rentals and she was so helpful in pointing out places to eat at and foods to try while we were in Nashville. She could not have been more nice. When we returned the car a nice young man (I forget his name but he was originally from Ethiopia) loaded our luggage on to a transporter and gave all 6 of us a ride to the terminal. A+ service

The agents who served was were so friendly and welcoming.  Our car was in perfect shape.  The pick-up was easy and very well run - even though they were very busy!  This was my first Nashville rental and I will definitely use Enterprise again.

The car was great, and so was the service, but this is the second time we were quoted almost HALF of the actual bill. When we checked in at the airport, we were quoted ~$90 dollars. We purchased no additional services, and we filled the tank up prior to bring it back, and yet the bill was close to $150. If your quote had been more accurate from the beginning, we would have chosen to take a ride share service, which is what we will likely do from now on.

UPDATE: Customer service contacted me within the hour and completely resolved my concerns. As noted above, the service is amazing, and disputes are handled very quickly.

As always, people are great at Enterprise.  However, the car smelled like smoke after the stuff you squirt in the interior wore off.  Really ruins the experience for everyone who rides in the car.  Gotta do better.  Don't hide the smell just to pass the car off to the next person.

Jack is my son, not sure why his name came up for the review. But we, Erin and Mike Gennett rented the car and are happy to leave a review for this company. Great service, very friendly. Tiara Coleman and Daria were a pleasure to deal with. A nice "welcome" and "good bye" from Nashville.
