I have been renting cars from Enterprise over the last 5 years for work purposes and started to use this location. Well, after my last experience, I am never using Enterprise again.  At this location, it takes at least 30 min to rent out or return a car every time I have been there.  In the Phila location, it took about 1 hr to get picked up, dropped off at the office, and leave with a car I need to use for work. I almost missed my meeting that day (good thing I devoted an extra hr for unexpected obstacles like this).  Most recently,  when I returned a car,  the employee was a total jerk. First, he made me wait and dealt with other customers who came in as I was waiting for him to complete my return. Second, he claimed that I caused a "misaligned right rear end bumper" to the car, which I didn't do & that none of us in the Chestnut St. garage caught before I checked the car out.  He documented this and submitted an insurance claim which I am now fighting against.  I had the car for less than 24 hrs, parked it in the garage and on my driveway. Never had an accident.  See two pictures below of the rear bumpers, one of each side. Can you tell what's wrong? Where is the misaligned rear right bumper? De nada. Most unbelievable part is, Enterprise doesn't take before/after pictures! The company can make as many claims as they want!

Service was great!! Frank was very helpful on the pickup. He upgraded me to a car that was a few levels above what I ordered. I had to wait just a few minutes for the car to be brought back. The car had a quarter tank of gas when I picked it up. I always prepay for the gas. It's always a better deal and there's no hassle. Frank said no charge for the gas. I can only guess it was because I waited a few minutes for the car? Either way I was in & out in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend the Enterprise rental facility in Pennsauken, NJ. I also rented a 15ft. truck with a liftgate the week before at the Enterprise truck renal in Levittown, PA. Fantastic customer service. Ahmed, Shane & Kelly were great!! Shane even started to set up an application for a corporate account for us!! Really happy with both locations.
