Need to send a SERIOUS shout out to the one and only Andrew at Alamo, Midway. Not only was he the most helpful and kind reply at any establishment we have literally ever encountered, he helped get us where we were going in style when we assumed we'd be sleeping in the terminal. Thank you Andrew for doing the ultimate solid for a couple of California friends trying to get to Bloomington-Normal (wherever that is). You deserve all the praise and a raise! Thank you Andrew, we will never forget how you saved our whole lives!

I  like renting from Alamo when their prices are where they need to be in comparison to other rental companies. I won't go with the low tier rental companies anymore to many bad/ rough experiences. Alamo offers quality service and is as good as any of the other top tier rental companies. I like being able to choose the car that I want, but would like to be able to bypass the counter. Selection this time around was limited.    Personnel were professional and helpful in checking in and getting to the car.

On both occasions that I’ve rented from Alamo at Midway, the agents were professional and very polite. It was a pleasant experience.

I rented from Alamo at Chicago / Midway, and it was a great experience. Reserved online, picked up on arrival with the assistance of outstanding agents on site. The attendant in the garage who took me to the vehicle was wonderful and a joy to talk to. Return took a couple of minutes and I was on my way. And the vehicle, an SUV, was new and a great ride. Thanks, Alamo for helping me get around Chicago in style...
