Speedy service being a gold member has awesome privileges! I didn't wait in line I chose any car I wanted in my group and I was out the lot in 5 minutes!! Return was even easier! Only issue was the higher insurance rates for airport location.

Easy in and out .  The Escalade was a great ride for our trip from Chicago to St. Louis. Still don't think the cars are cleaned as well as they should be . Jeanette ,on return at Midway , made all the difference between satisfied and unsatisfied .  She's great at customer service and represents what Hertz is trying to be about .

Very quick and straight to the point. Awesome customer service (Janette). I was in my car and out in about 10 minutes. It was about 130 am. The car was spotless and drove nicely. It was a Nissan Altima. I was comfortable with how things worked out, so I'm sticking with Hertz.

I was extremely surprised (and delighted) that as a Hertz Gold member, I could go to a car and select it.  Attendant came right over and took care of the logistics and was able to drive off.  As equally easy as the pick-up was the dropoff.  Pulled into my lane and the Hertz team checked me out quick and even told me the directions to the airport.  Very positive experience overall!

It was fast and painless. The only thing that really up set me was. The lady at the counter tried to scare me into up grading to a bigger car. She saw our luggage and swore up and down it would not fit in our economy car. She was very adamant and stated at least 3 times it wasn't going to fit.  I've rented economy size before with same amount of luggage. So I knew I would be fine. But other people might not know and get suckered into paying more money. Totally uncalled for!!!!
