I picked up my car in Forest Park and everything went great. The staff was nice and helpful, explaining the insurances available and showing me the car to make sure it was okay. I dropped the car off a day later at the Milwaukee airport, a half hour before the end of my reservation. The guy working told me to leave the keys in the car and he'd email me the receipt. When I got the receipt, it showed a return time two hours after my reservation and that I was charged for those extra two hours. When I called the Forest Park Enterprise (the number given on the receipt) they apologized and said they'd get me a refund for the extra time. It has now been two weeks and I have yet to receive a refund or be contacted in any way. I will have to complain again once I am able to return to Forest Park, since calling didn't do anything.

The customer service is great. However the last vehicle I rented, the brakes sounded like a bus or a train when you came to a stop. Other than that I have enjoyed everything about my car rentals previously at this location.

Good staff, they work as fast and efficiently as they can. Corporate has understaffed the heck out of this office which will cause delays. Small fleet of vehicles because of the limited lot size, so be certain about what class of car you pick.

When I arrived they didn't have my vehicle but my agent went above and beyond to see that I received the vehicle I needed. She was very kind and patient. The customer service that I received was super but I only use Enterprise as a last resort. I don't like to have to leave $250.00 hold deposit just to rent a vehicle.
