Got there Wednesday 9/13 as scheduled but they didn't have any vehicles available; even after calling me day before to confirm my visit.  Was pretty annoyed as were some other customers.  However, in 45 minutes they found a comparable vehicle at a nearby location and drove me over there to it and also gave me a discount due to the inconvenience.  Considering they took care of it pretty well and gave me a discount, this definitely helped.  Update:  Just got two bills for tolls?  They never explained how the tolls would work and gave advice about any of it.

Awesome car renting experience! Lucas was very nice and extremely helpful. We rented a 2017 Ford Edge beautiful SUV for a very good price I would definitely rent again but only from this Enterprise

Nice ride for a affordable price while my suv in the shop. I needed to extend my time for the rental car and it's was no problem. All the staff at this Stone Park location was very nice and attentive to my needs.. My husband and I want to thank you all for everything!!!
