Worst Customer Service Experience!!! Glad I was I able to transferred my claim to Enterprise which took care of everything within minutes. Hertz had me waiting over 1-hour at the body shop for pick-up.

Probably the worst customer service experience i have had. It took 50 minutes to pick up a car which was reserved. 

They wait till you get there and there is a line before they decide to clean and check the vehicles from the past renter. 

Clearly have no idea on how to run a rental business, save yourself 30 minutes and frustration and go to enterprise or any where else. Hell jump on the bus, it would be faster.

Service is horrible they are rude and think they think they are doing you a favor, but I'm paying for a service. I would never recomend it to anyone
