The agents at this location were very friendly, easy going and extremely helpful.  I made reservations online for a van at a Chicago location and was told that morning that they didn't have a van. I asked if they can assist me by checking other branches.  Placed me on hold for 1 minutes and once he returned he stated there are no vans available within 10 miles of your location and hung up without asking if I would like a different type. I called the customer service number twice and was transferred 4 times before reaching someone with excellent customer service skills and referred me to the Berwyn location. The agent here called me to confirmed I needed the van and inform me to come in when I was ready.  Walked in, staff were so pleasant and I drove off with a renewed opinion of Enterprise   Rent-A-Car

I had an AMAZING experience at this Enterprise location - they were very accommodating, friendly and even gave me a ride from the body shop where I left my car. They also went above and beyond when they agreed to come to the body shop to pick up the rental car so I didn’t have to drive it back before I picked up my own car from the shop (this saved me quite a bit of time, as I was running late to an important event). The whole experience was quick, easy and painless.

Solely leaving this because Marcus kept the place open for me so close to the holiday. I could never express how much gratitude I have towards all the gentlemen that helped me out. I haven’t seen my mother in almost a year and if you hadn’t held the door for me, I’m not sure I would’ve been able to spend the holiday with her. Thank you guys!

The ghetto guy that worked there was yelling and greeting me I guess? from across the parking lot. Looked like he was hanging out w his 2 buddies idk. Couldn't tell if he worked there or not. He was a lil unprofessional and had a dumb smirk and laugh about everything. Asking me unnecessary questions and giving me short answers. I told em I didn't want the insurance that not mandatory and he kept telling me I had to have it. I didn't want to argue anymore since I was in a hurry. And I left w the overpriced insurance. I rented it for a week the last guy I brought the car back too was at least quick and easy to work with.
I called the main 800# and still waiting for a callback from the regional manager re the insurance fees...the following week I went to a diff location and the regional manager was able to credit me the insurance from the following week rental within a few days.

STILLLLLLLLLLLLLLI been waiting 6 weeks for he regional manager to call me.

The workers are awesome very helpful, not a big car selections but the good thing about it is you are always welcome to return your car to a different location if it's part of they company.
