worst place my mother passed and I reserved a rental and the day of the funeral I went to pick up my vehicle and I had a voucher for my job but the gentleman that worked in the facility said that the voucher didn't apply because I didn't use it when I made the reservation but the voucher clearly said that you have to present it to the clerk at the time of check out and he tried to play games. But after going through my bank had an issue and he ran my card and it was declined one time I called the bank they told me to tell him to run it again and he said that if he ran it again then he could not run in anymore and I was like okay cool. The bank was trying to fix my credit card to work and he said that I couldn't use the card again for their reservation. I called Avis which is the owner of this location and they said that they gave me a hole in the reservation and told me to go in and pick up my car and the bank said that my card was working and the gentleman inside when I first walked in begin to raise his voice and say what do you need I said I spoke to your corporate office and they said they're just go ahead and they put in a new reservation and before I can finish talking he said I cannot run a car for you anything with your name on it for 24 hours I told you that and he was rude before I knew it I went off and he just almost ruined a very special day in my life I had to find other means of transportation and was unable to go to my mother's burial I am going to plan to get a lawyer and Sue this location and or Avis.

Disappointed to say the least! I prepaid for my rental then was charged again for the full amount. That's fine mistakes happen. However,  the process to get a refund has been horrifying. I called 06/05/2017 to inform budget I was overcharged. Rep said no problem you should expect a refund in 3-5 business days. But it doesn't end there. I called 06/12/2017 to check on my refund. Oh you should expect a refund by 06/14/2017. Called them today 06/14/2017  and you guess it no refund. Spoke with the manager Gabriel and he told me my refund was not processed on 06/05/2017 but on 06/12/2017. Pissed!!!!! Don't rent from this place!
