This is Hampton. I must say, by far, this Hertz has always provided excellent customer service.  Lance, the store manager, is always respectful and courteous. Arulie, customer service rep, is knowledgeable of all products and services. The Hertz representatives at this location  always provide the best customer service. If you are in need of rental car I would encourage you to use this Hertz location. If you want friendly, efficient, professional service, this Hertz is for you.

The manager, Sherri, is a godsend! We needed a SUV and with an snow storm coming, all the SUV's were gone. She actually stayed an hour late to get us an SUV and to make sure we were able to pick it up. She is very friendly and caring. It's worth going to her for the service instead of trying to find a deal.

We made reservation for a car rental when we got there they had no cars available then we were told they will call us the next day for a car rental for the very first one and they never called at all. Butthead reservation for the following day and they never called us we called them and they said again they have no rentals available. So if they have no rentals available what's the point of making a reservation just rude people

It was awful. The car we rented was so duty we had to clean the Windows. When we returned someone stole the drive shaft out of the truck. They were closed we were stuck. Called for a wrecker to tow us all home. Called Hertz to check their cameras they replied they don't have any. They said they wouldn't do anything about it.. They did say the truck would be fine. It wasn't. Don't listen to them and never leave you vehicle there

I have rented vehicles from the Hertz Preston location many times.  It is always easy and I have never been disappointed.  The staff is extremely friendly and always accommodating.  Lance, the manager has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is ready and satisfactory upon my arrival.  There is no reason to rent from anywhere else!
